It is not a common occurrence to find a life-changing book. Rarely is a life-changing book as absolutely important that it could actually help us live a better, healthier life and possibly help those around us.
I am always skeptical when someone tells me things like that and as I always do, approached this in disbelief. But I couldn't be happier that I did! I only wish I had known all this sooner....I could have helped more.
