My five minutes per day exercise made me feel shitty instead of grateful this month.
A submitted her phd thesis, we moved house, S had some school drama, there was but a minute for me to catch up with anything.
So where's the balance in my project? How can I manage not to feel like shit if exhaustion and guilty for not posting here? Hmm may be part of the lesson I am trying to discover and learn.
Will keep trying.
